just wondering, i know there is alot of people who wish they could invest in real estate as it is a great investment market. I wish wondering if you would invest in a company that invests in real estate for you?
So like lets say the company has all these listings of different real estate projects they are going to buy and you can pick from one. So maybe there is 100 acres they are going to buy at 100,000 dollars. you would be able to invest 1000 dollars in this property threw this company, so realisticly you would on 1 percent of the propety threw the company. then maybe in a year the company would sell the property and get 200,000 for it. you would then get back 2000 dollars. 1000 for the investment and 1000 dollars profit.
would this be something you would do to invest in real estate or you think others would do? of course it would be a legal corporation not like some side business.
I am just wondering as myself would love to invest in realestate but dont have the money.

interested in buying another house but afraid that my other house wont sell before i close on the other one. i cant afford 2 mortgages, yet it seems people do this all the time. how do they do that?

Better idea is to get a bridge loan from your lender. Anyone who will buy the house under the conditions you are stating will offer you a very low amount. Real Estate people will be very happy fo offer you 50% of what the house is worth and then flip it at a higher price to someone.

Can understand realtors and MLS charge per listing to get revenue. How about those other websites such as RealestateABC, openrealtylist.org, homesearching.com etc?

Most websites are paid for by the realtor. A realtor has to be represented by a broker. In other words, if you are a realtor, you have to be backed by a Century 21, Remax, Shorewood, whatever. A realtor can pay for his own listings which are part of the broker website or sites such as the ones you mentioned get paid by the person listing the house. I paid Realtor.com to list my condo. It is free to look at.

i want to be a realesate investor when im older, but my aunt, who is one, suggested that i get a job at a realestate or law firm. i wouldnt be a reprasentative or a consultant just somone who sorts or helps out with files. it would make starting my company that much easier.

Probably the closest you would get would be babysitting the lawyer’s kids…..most basic minimum wage jobs require you to be at least 15 due to child labor laws. You could ask around about maybe "interning" or shadowing but you won’t find actual work. I’d admire your work ethic though and so will those you want to work for…..

YOU choose a real estate agent after an interview. Prepare questions you want answered. How many houses have they sold in this price range? What are the fees? How long do they think it will take to sell your house? How long did it take for them to find a buyer for the last house they had in your price range? Do they know your neighborhood?
I’m sure you can come up with many questions…just think about it.
If price paid to the agent is the only factor that matters to you then Assist to sell is the cheapest company…the service will be less, but then so is the price…be careful if you use a company like this and another agent brings the buyer….you will be asked to pay and additional 3 percent to cover that agent’s fees and then you are almost at the fees generated by a regular realtor.
