    A little bit of work will take care of those imperfections.
    However, first time home buyers need to be careful when buying REO’s. If you deal with an agent inexperienced in REO’s, this may bring some unforeseen difficulties that may end up costing your deposit and possibly even more money.

    That IS My House Now Obviously, This Was From About February To March And We Moved There In The Beginning Of March. The Dark Dark Blue Room Is Mine. The Heat They Were Talking About Ticks And It Doesn’t Work As Well As A Normal Home. I Am Very Pleased With Our House But The People Before Us TRASHED It. The Put Holes In The Wall And Barely Fixed It And The Cut Patches Of The Carpet Then Glued It Back. It Is A Very Nice House Now. Antonio (Tony) Is Re-Doing The Basement Now And Put HardWood Floors
