This was not about HOW TO BUY FORECLOSURE REAL ESTATE…please change the title…it is misleading.
Nothing in this 10 tens minutes of video explained HOW TO BUY anything.
Poor switch and bait routine :o (

    Amen! First it was …
Amen! First it was housing bubble, now it is foreclosures. Now we have idiots who buy homes at an OK price but spend a lot of money fixing them. Don’t trust real estate agents. You don’t need to buy right now, if you have to buy one on your own. It is easy just take a couple of minutes to learn how.

So instead of being the How To video you promised, this was just to promote your BHSE site. Yeah, I’ll be sure to recommend it to all my friends.

I need Money. only 1000$ to buy a Home without DOwn payment, and I would only need to just pay the rent from now on. ANy Idea how I can get 1000$? Actually 1300 to not loose this Opportunity?

    you dont need a …
you dont need a realtor to deal with thebank, that comment obviously came from a realtor. the objective is to position yourself to make CASH offers that are low enough to guarantee you have room to absorb another 10% slide in prices + repair costs and carrying costs. Banks are desperate to have people with money coming to buy their REO’s. Find out what they owe and offer 60-70 percent of that, or less. Make sure your offer is 15-20 percent below what the place can sell for.

    you have only 3 …
you have only 3 states in the list, you better mention that before start the useless talk.

I can’t trust you at all because all you said is contradiction!

Find a better way to promote yourself. This is a bad bad way.

    here here, …
here here, CommentCommenter. of course this video barely mentions the process you need to go through to actually buy one of these homes — which, incidentally, is incredibly complex. the next predatory practice: getting people to pay you for the freakin listings! finding the homes is just the tip of the iceberg, people. buying is a WHOLE other can o’ worms. beware.

  10. CommentCommenter Says:

    Haha. Foreclosures …
Haha. Foreclosures are for suckers right now. The last round of suckers after the boom. To suggest that foreclosures are a booming opportunity should be a crime. Compare median incomes to the median prices where you’re thinking about buying. Easy to see why foreclosures are for suckers.

    now is an excellent …
now is an excellent time to buy, but actually it always is. I have been buying foreclosures for over 15 years, and my mentor buys around 100 a year since the 1960’s

This is not a good …
This is not a good way to find foreclosures. Do your own leg work. Look up legal notices in the news paper for foreclosures. And always use a realtor when dealing with a bank.

    Foreclosures will …
Foreclosures will eventually be the way to buy after a couple of years; but right now, property values are falling so it’s hard to know whether you are getting a good deal or not. Best thing to do is wait until the inventories come down.
