As long as there …
As long as there are people buying properties, you are in a good market for wholesaling. You just need to find out what the investors are looking for and what prices they are willing to pay, and then go find deals that fit their criteria.
Regarding the LLC- no it is not necessary for you to have one in order to wholesale REOs- you can just make the offers in your personal name.

hello quick question for you, i’m in north carolina and I dont want to say i’m a wholesaler because ive tried putting a home under contract once but glad i didnt because it wasnt a good deal, my question is what have you heard about the north carolina market? good and bad? also can you wholesale REO’s without creating an LLC?
