		<description>If the original lease has expired per the specific date listed in the agreement and there is no section that explains what happens after the lease expires then you have held up your end of the bargain and you owe them no notice. If they are saying they require notice tell them to show you where it states that in the lease agreement that you signed, make sure it is the one you signed. If it is in there then yes you are bound to every part of that contract. If not you just owe them rent up to the day you turn in your key.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
